Brief Description

  • Will be responsible for sourcing & deepening relationships from existing customer base.
  • Will be responsible for selling Equity based investment products to this set of customer base.
  • Should have effective servicing skills and should be excellent in conflict management.
  • Will be responsible to develop business, maximize revenue generation & achieve sales targets.
  • As part of this role you are responsible for acquiring customers, identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment solutions through financial planning.
  • Proactive measures to be implemented for getting a larger share of the investment portfolio. Generate high revenues for the organization through various channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition.
  • Daily client visits to at least 3 new clients.
  • Driving Sales and maintaining a high level of cross-sell & revenue generation.
  • Equities & Currency, Commodities.
  • Third party product Sales.
  • Client Service and relationship management.
  • Maintaining Customer Relationship.
  • Tapping New Business Avenues.
  • Portfolio Management.
  • Sales Reporting to immediate manager on daily basis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum Graduates with 2-7 year of experience.
  • Language- English & Hindi Compulsory.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Friendly attitude and effective interpersonal skills.
