FORGOT PASSWORD

  • If you forgot your password , click on Forgot Password link. You will receive an email on your registered email address with the instructions of resetting your password. The email should arrive within about a minute, and contains a link that will sign you in to My Arihant automatically. From there, you'll be asked to create a new password.

  • If you entered your details for Forgot Password but have not received password reset email , check your spam folder (and any email filters you've set up) to make sure the message isn't being directed away from your email inbox.

If you cannot find the password reset email after checking your spam folder, try adding donotreply@arihantcapital.com to your contact list. Afterwards, we recommend sending yourself a password reset email again.

  • Check if this relates to a web browser issue. A browser is the window you use to access the internet. This could be Internet explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or some other software. Browsers store the history of your previously visited webpages so they are quicker to load when you next visit. Sometimes an error message can get stored in your browser cache and clearing the cache can sometimes resolve the problem. If you're not sure how to clear your cache here are instructions for most popular browsers: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

If these steps don't resolve the issue then please contact us
