Wednesday, February 19, 2025, has, inter alia, shown its willingness to the proposal of Department of Fertilizers for becoming part of the Proposed Joint Venture Company with 18% equity for Setting up of a new Ammonia-Urea Complex Namrup IV Fertilizer Plant at Namrup, Assam. The detailed disclosure with respect to the acquisition as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A(1) of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is enclosed herewith as 'Annexure - I'. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 5:55 P.M.
